Family-style fried potatoes with meat, Georgian way

Ingredients
1 jar Gold Tushenka pork (500g)
500g potatoes
2 onions
1 bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
Fresh cilantro
Oil for frying
Salt, pepper, khmeli-suneli
Instructions
Slice potatoes and fry until golden on high heat.
In a separate pan, sauté onion and pepper 3 minutes, add Gold Tushenka pork.
Combine potatoes with the meat mixture, add garlic and khmeli-suneli.
Stir and fry together 5 minutes on medium heat.
Top with cilantro, season with salt and pepper, serve straight from the pan.
Tips
For crispy potatoes, fry them separately on high heat without stirring too often. You can also bake in a clay pot in the oven for a more authentic touch.
