Jars are sealed and processed in an autoclave at 120°C — this process simultaneously sterilizes the product and brings the meat to perfect doneness.

Gelatin in canned meat is a sign of excess water and low meat content. We pack maximum meat with minimal liquid. During autoclave processing, the meat releases its own juices, forming a natural broth — but not gelatin.
We use shoulder and ham — cuts with the ideal meat-to-fat ratio. Neck is too fatty, tenderloin too dry for tushenka. Our selection ensures maximum juiciness and flavor.
Fat content is 12-18% — the optimal balance for juicy, rich flavor without feeling overly greasy. For comparison, industrial pork canned meat can contain up to 30% fat.
After opening, transfer the contents to a glass or ceramic container, cover with a lid, and refrigerate. Consume within 3 days. Unopened — room temperature for up to 3 years.
