Mix cornmeal with warm water and salt, knead into a firm dough.
Shape into small flat patties about 1 cm thick.
Fry mchadi in oil on both sides until golden, 4-5 minutes per side.
Heat Gold Tushenka pork in a separate pan.
Serve hot mchadi with tushenka and green onion.
Tips
Mchadi dough should be firm and not stick to your hands. Wet your hands with water when shaping. You can also bake mchadi in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
