Express Lunch with Tushenka

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Gold Tushenka pork (500g)
  • Fresh bread or lavash
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • Green onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice bread into thick pieces.
  2. Open Gold Tushenka pork and spread a generous layer on each slice.
  3. Slice tomatoes and cucumber, layer on top of the meat.
  4. Sprinkle with sliced green onion, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top with another slice of bread or eat open-faced — done!
Tips

On a hike, wrap the filling in lavash for easier eating on the go. Add adjika or mustard for a kick. Gold Tushenka tastes great straight from the jar without heating.
