Slice baguette diagonally into 1.5 cm pieces. Toast on a grill or in the oven.
Rub each slice with a cut garlic clove.
Top each slice with Gold Tushenka pork.
Add pieces of sun-dried tomato and a basil leaf on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Tips
Bread should be crispy outside and soft inside. Fresh tomatoes with a drop of olive oil can replace sun-dried. Serve immediately while the bread is still crunchy.
