Bruschetta with Tushenka

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Gold Tushenka pork (500g)
  • 1 baguette (or ciabatta)
  • 6-8 sun-dried tomatoes
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice baguette diagonally into 1.5 cm pieces. Toast on a grill or in the oven.
  2. Rub each slice with a cut garlic clove.
  3. Top each slice with Gold Tushenka pork.
  4. Add pieces of sun-dried tomato and a basil leaf on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Tips

Bread should be crispy outside and soft inside. Fresh tomatoes with a drop of olive oil can replace sun-dried. Serve immediately while the bread is still crunchy.
