Quick Soup with Tushenka

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Gold Tushenka chicken (500g)
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 80g thin noodles
  • 1.5 liters water
  • Bay leaf
  • Fresh dill, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil, add diced potatoes.
  2. Sauté grated carrot and diced onion in a pan for 3 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes of potato cooking, add the sautéed vegetables and Gold Tushenka chicken to the pot.
  4. Add noodles and bay leaf, cook 7 more minutes.
  5. Remove bay leaf, add dill, season with salt and pepper.
Tips

Don't overcook the noodles — add them just 7 minutes before serving. Use less water for a thicker soup. Great with a dollop of sour cream.
